If the item is out of stock and is required to be ordered in from the importer, your order status will be "awaiting stock" which can take between 1-5 business days for dispatch.
If we are unable to source the ordered item due to nil stock, discontinued or shipping delays from the importer, MotoOne will notify you immediately via phone or email. The customer will have the choice to backorder the item or a full refund will be processed.
VISOR POLICY
Helmets listed on our website with a tint or coloured visor is for DISPLAY PURPOSES ONLY. All helmets come standard with a clear visor, unless the description states otherwise.
PRICING POLICY
MotoOne will not be held responsible or honour any pricing or product information that has been incorrectly put on the website. All prices, product information and specifications are correct to the best of our knowledge, provided by manufacturers. MotoOne reserves the right to change specifications, product information and pricing at any time without notice. All pricing and transactions are in Australian dollars.
IMPORTANT: If you have placed an order and noted: "Authority To Leave, Leave at Door" etc. MotoOne IS NOT LIABLE for any lost or damaged parcels.

APPLICATION FOR RETURN REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY. RETURNS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED IF NOT SUBMITTED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF REQUEST.
HELMET EXCHANGE:
MOTOONE will not accept a helmet exchange if the helmet has been used, scratched or damaged in any way. ALL tags must be intact, as well as the visor sticker. The Helmet must be in original condition.
Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis and is not approved until inspected in person.
WARRANTY RETURNS:
Warranty claims are all assessed by the manufacturers for an outcome. Products accessed as having a minor fault will be repaired by the manufacturer and returned to you within a reasonable time. Products accessed as having a major fault that is beyond repair will then be replaced. If the product is superseded you will be entitled to a refund.
