Terms and Conditions

If the item is out of stock and is required to be ordered in from the importer, your order status will be "awaiting stock" which can take between 1-5 business days for dispatch.
If we are unable to source the ordered item due to nil stock, discontinued or shipping delays from the importer, MotoOne will notify you immediately via phone or email. The customer will have the choice to backorder the item or a full refund will be processed.

IMPORTANT: If you have placed an order and noted: "Authority To Leave, Leave at Door" etc. MotoOne IS NOT LIABLE for any lost or damaged parcels.

Your privacy is important to us.

We do not, and will not share your information with any other organisation or company, except if required to by law.

For your financial security, MotoOne does not store credit card numbers or details

APPLICATION FOR WARANTY REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 2 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY IS RECIEVED. WARANTY CLAIMS WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DECLINED IF NOT SUBMITTED WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME.
